Research is most powerful when it's shared, not siloed. I work as an extension of my team, bringing designers and stakeholders into sessions, not just readouts so insights shape decisions in real time instead of getting lost in a deck.

Understanding users isn't a single checkpoint; it's an ongoing conversation. I build feedback loops throughout the process, testing early and often, so the product keeps evolving in step with the people it's built for.

I believe good design decisions start with real user behavior, not assumptions. I dig past what people say they want to uncover what they actually need; pairing qualitative depth with quantitative rigor so every recommendation is grounded, not guessed.
